Enjoy an intimate private childbirth education class, where I not only teach the basics of childbirth education, but I disseminate information based on my experiences as a birth doula. You will walk away feeling confident in your knowledge, your ability to advocate for yourself and your baby, and your partner's ability to support you mentally and physically through the birth process.
